Work Situation collects your data in the form of your CV/Resume. This includes your name, email address, physical address and phone number that you have mentioned in your CV/Resume.

You directly provide Work Situation with your data. We collect data and process data when you send us your CV/Resume via contacting/emailing us.

Work Situation collects your data so that we can
- Match you with an open job requirement we have.
- Contact you in case we do/do not find a match for your profile.

- Contact you to relay information such as request for additional data, interview schedules and client feedbacks.
How do we store your data?
Work Situation securely stores your information on our servers.
Work Situation will keep your information for a period of 4 weeks after you apply. We will ask for your permission to keep your information for an additional period of 1 year after your application. After 4 weeks, if we do not have your permission to store your information, we will automatically delete your data. In case you grant us permission to store your information for 1 year, After that period, we either ask for renewal of permission to store your data or we will automatically delete your data.
